Professional Scholarship
Each year the Arkansas Recreation & Parks Association offers one professional scholarship to a working professional in the field of parks and recreation. This scholarship covers the cost of lodging, meals and full registration for the ARPA annual conference for those otherwise unable to attend. Student Scholarship
Each year the Arkansas Recreation & Parks Association offers two scholarships to students studying the field of parks and recreation. These scholarships are competitive among all schools and all specialty areas in an effort to select the best two candidates. Scholarships are valued at $1000 and paid directly to each student. All scholarships are reviewed and chosen by the awards & scholarships committee.
